Parking fee

  • Hourly rental: $24 per hour (same price from Monday to Sunday, for residents and visitors only, vehicle registration required)

  • Monthly rent: Approximately $5,200 (subject to residents and on-site announcements)

Electric vehicle charging information

  • There is no public charging station in the car park, but the infrastructure installation for the "EV Charging Subsidy Scheme for Housing Estates" has been completed

  • Residents can install a medium-speed Type 2 charger in their dedicated parking spaces at their own expense, and electricity charges will be settled by their personal household meter.

  • There is no on-site temporary public charging service, which is only for long-term tenants

If you need to charge your car temporarily outside of your home, please consider using a nearby public charging facility. All charges and policies are subject to on-site management and announcements.
