  • Hourly rental: 07:00–23:00 $36 per hour; Nighttime 23:00–07:00 $14 per hour

  • Day parking: 07:00–19:00 $210 for the whole day

  • Overnight mooring: 19:00–07:00 $110 all night

  • Monthly rent: floating parking space $5,100, fixed parking space $6,700

  • Location: Lok Lai Street / Harcourt Road, Admiralty

Electric vehicle charging information

  • There are 13 dedicated EV charging spaces, including 2 fast charging (FlexiDC 30kW) and 11 medium-speed charging (Slate 7kW), supporting mainstream EV models.

  • Medium-speed charging: $20 per hour surcharge

  • Fast charging: $80 per hour surcharge

  • How to use: Car owners park, charge and parking fees are settled at the exit with Octopus or credit card, no reservation required

  • Some charging stations support App monitoring and real-time status query

All charging and charging regulations are subject to the on-site ticket machine, app, and management company announcements. Non-EV vehicles are not permitted to occupy the designated parking spaces in the charging area for extended periods.
