Parking fee

• Hourly rental: $28–$30 per hour (based on the latest announcements and ticket machine display, the mainstream price is $30)

• Daytime parking 08:00–19:00: $110–$160 (prices vary by time and platform, please refer to on-site announcements)

• Night parking 19:00–08:00: $90–$100

• Free parking offer:

  • Get 1 hour free with a minimum purchase of $100 at YATA Supermarket, and get 2 hours free with a minimum purchase of $200

  • Other merchants can redeem up to 2 hours of free parking for purchases of $150-$300 (redemption from 09:00-22:00)

Electric vehicle charging information

• There is a Sun Hung Kai The Point DC fast charging station (Address: 188 Connaught Road West, Sai Wan, hourly rental area)

• Fast charging: DC charging (mainstream EVs support CCS2). Charges are based on The Point App or on-site display (usually $3.7–$4.2 per kWh).

• You need to bring your own charging cable, as most parking spaces are only available for limited-time rentals.

Parking and charging resources are subject to on-site information, the app, and announcements from the management company. During busy periods, it is recommended to use the app to check the real-time status of charging spaces in advance.
