Parking fee

  • Mainly monthly rent (approximately $3,500-$4,200, residents need to apply, the actual amount will be announced by the on-site management office)

  • No public hourly rental or temporary parking services

Electric vehicle charging information

  • The infrastructure for the "EV Charging Subsidy Scheme for Housing Estates" will be completed by the end of 2024. Each parking space in the housing estate can apply to install a Type 2 7kW AC charger (HK Electric single-phase wall meter) at their own expense.

  • Charging facilities are for residents only, no public charging is available on site

  • Installation standard: Single-phase 32A, supports mainstream EV models, electricity bills are directly charged to residents' meters
