AIA Tower Carpark Fees and Charging Information

Parking fee

• Hourly rate: $33 per hour (same price for the whole week)

• Daytime: 08:00–19:00 $200 per session

• Overnight: 19:00–08:00 $60 per session

• Minimum parking fee: 1 hour

• Car park entrance: 183 Electric Road, North Point

• Height limit: 3.8 meters

Electric vehicle charging information

• Sime Darby SD Charging Station is located on the 3rd floor

• A total of 14 charging stations:

  • 2 CCS2 fast charging stations (parking spaces 316 and 355, maximum power 50kW)

  • 12 IEC Type 2 medium-speed charging bays (bays 309–313, 315, 356–361, 7–11 kW)

• Mercedes-EQ Priority Exclusive Station: 3 medium-speed Type 2 exclusive stations on the first floor (Mercedes-EQ certification and registration required)

• The charge is generally $3.6-$4/kWh (applicable to both medium-speed and fast charging. Please refer to the SD Charging App/on-site real-time price for details)

• You need to bring your own charging cable, supporting all mainstream electric vehicle brands

• Open 24 hours a day, express and exclusive seats depend on usage. It is recommended to download the relevant app to check the real-time status

All parking and charging information is subject to the on-site ticket machine, charging app, management company and Sime Darby SD Charging announcement. It is recommended to check in advance if it is busy.
