Trend Centre Car Parking Fees and Charging Information

Parking fee

  • $24 per hour (same rate for full day and full week)

  • Monthly rental for a fixed parking space is $4,200 (private car/van), $7,300 for a truck, and $1,000 for a motorcycle

  • Entrance: 29-31 Cheung Lee Street, Chai Wan

  • Height limit: 4.1 meters

Electric vehicle charging information

  • There is one 13A slow charging station located on the first floor of the parking lot.

  • Only standard socket type (not Type 2, not fast charging)

  • Mainly used for temporary charging, it is not as practical as medium/fast charging, but it basically supports all types of electric vehicles

  • Some information shows that you need to bring your own car charger and no app real-name authentication is required

All parking and charging information is subject to availability at the on-site ticket machine, management company, and charging stations. For efficient charging, it is recommended to choose a nearby parking lot with better facilities.
