Tin Hau Carpark Fees and Charging Information

Parking fee

• Hourly rental: 07:00–23:00 $23 per hour, 23:00–07:00 $18 per hour

• Daytime: 07:00–19:00 $125 per session

• Monthly rent (floating quarterly rent): $9,600

• Motorcycle day parking: $30, night parking: $13, quarterly rental: $1,200

• Taxi quarterly rental: $2,250

• Parking lot address: 1 King's Road, Causeway Bay / 1 Lau Sin Street, North Point

• Height limit: about 2.2 meters

Electric vehicle charging information

• There are 159 medium-speed Type 2 charging stations in the venue (operated by Cornerstone GO, distributed from 3/F to 8/F, with 15 or more charging stations per floor, and newly put into use at the end of 2024)

• Charging fee: $3 per kWh (new charge from October 2, 2024)

• Open 24 hours a day, please bring your own Type 2 charging cable

• Charging charges are separate from parking charges, making it easy to find charging spots during peak hours.

All charging and charging arrangements are subject to on-site ticket machines, parking management, and announcements on the Cornerstone/Charging App. It is recommended to check the app for real-time parking information before charging.
