Parking fee

  • The main monthly rent is about $2,400-$2,800 (depending on the parking space and floor, please check with the management office)

  • No hourly rental, no public temporary parking charges

  • Address: 1 Braemar Hill Road, Mid-Levels, North Point

Electric vehicle charging information

  • There are 2 medium-speed charging stations (Type 2 AC, up to 21kW) in the venue. You need to bring your own charging cable.

  • PIT fast charging station: 2 CCS2 DC fast charging stations, maximum power 60kW

  • Charges: Medium speed $2.5/kWh, fast charging $3/kWh (fast charging after 15 minutes is $5 per minute, please refer to the latest announcement on the venue and PIT App for details)

  • Supports mainstream EV brands. Parking spaces are limited, so please check in advance during peak hours.
