Siu Sai Wan Phase 1 Carpark Fee and Charging Information

Parking fee

• Hourly rental: $24–$27 per hour (prices vary slightly between platforms and time periods, but the most common rate on site is $26–$27)

• Day/Night parking: $125 per 12 hours; $165–$170 per 24 hours (based on the time of entry to the gate until midnight on the same day)

• Free parking offer: Link Up members can redeem one hour of parking with a same-day purchase of $200 or more, and two additional hours for restaurant purchases. Up to two same-day invoices can be combined. Electronic payment slip and Link Up membership number must be presented.

• Address: 10 Siu Sai Wan Road, directly connected to Siu Sai Wan Plaza, with parking space convenient for large shopping malls and surrounding sports fields

Electric vehicle charging information

• There are 12 Type 2 medium-speed charging stations (7kW, mainly located on the 9th floor)

• Charging fee: $18/hour (some users report around $5/kWh, please refer to the on-site ticket machine and app for details)

• You need to bring your own Type 2 charging cable and certification card for charging. If the app shows abnormalities for some parking spaces, it is recommended to check on site.

• Supports all mainstream brands of electric vehicles, with medium speed as the main speed, and no fast charging

All charging and charging information is subject to the on-site ticket machine, management office and charging app of Siu Sai Wan Phase 1 Carpark. It is recommended to check in advance during peak hours.
