Parking fee

• $18 for the first half hour, $27 for each hour thereafter (same price for the whole day and week)

• Daytime parking (Monday to Friday, 08:00–22:00): $160

• Night parking (all week, 22:00–08:00): $100

• Free parking privileges:

  • Monday to Friday (except public holidays): 2 hours for purchases over $200, 3 hours for purchases over $500

  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 2 hours for orders over $300, 3 hours for orders over $800

  • You can redeem once at most on the same day, and you must present the same Octopus card/credit card and Hello membership.

• Redemption Location: Guest Services Counter, North Tower, M Floor (10:00–22:00) and Cashier’s Office, South Tower, 1/F (24 hours)

Electric vehicle charging information

• Shell Recharge fast charging station: 4 CCS2 fast charging stations (120kW, some users reported actual power of 75kW), charging $3.44–$4/kWh, supporting mainstream EV brands

• Medium/slow charging bays for brands like Sime Darby and Mercedes-Benz: More than three Type 2 AC charging bays (11-22kW), some of which are dedicated to car clubs

• You need to bring your own charging cable. It is recommended to use the relevant app to check Shell fast charging charges and real-time status.

• All brands of EVs are available. Mercedes-Benz charging fees are subject to official announcements from the brand.

All charges and charging facilities are subject to the latest announcements from parking ticket machines, management offices, and the charging app. During holidays and busy periods, it is recommended to check parking and charging space availability in advance.
