• Mainly provides monthly rental, rent is about $3,200-$3,800 (depending on the owner, floor, and parking space type)

• There are no public short-term rental, hourly rental, or temporary parking arrangements. Please contact the management office for visitor parking.

Electric vehicle charging information

• The estate has completed the Type 2 charging infrastructure upgrade, and only residents/owners can apply for use

• Charging spaces are only available to registered residents. Please bring your own Type 2 charging cable.

• There are no fast charging/medium-speed charging facilities for external visitors. Temporary charging is recommended to go to nearby shopping malls or government parking lots
