  • Re-fire baking : low temperature and slow baking removes excess moisture, locks in aroma and nutrients, and maintains the quality of the tea itself.

  • Multiple scenting : Multiple rounds of scenting are carried out for different grades to make the aroma purer and longer-lasting.
