- Spaghetti / Linguine โ about 250g

- Butter โ about 15g

- Salt and black pepper โ to taste
- Pasta Water โ about 1 cup

Step 1: Prepare the seafood
- Mussels: Soak in salt water, scrub the shells clean and remove the whiskers.
- Shrimp๐ฆ: Open the back and remove the intestinal thread, leaving the shrimp shell for a more intense flavor.
- Fish fillet: Cut into pieces and marinate lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Scallops: Pat dry and fry until golden brown.
Step 2: Cook the pasta๐
- The water in the big pot is full of salt and is as salty as sea water.
- Cook pasta for 8โ10 minutes until al dente.
- Reserve one cup of pasta water before draining.
Step 3: Stir-fry seafood ๐ฆ๐
- Heat olive oil in a wok and sautรฉ onion and garlic.
- Quickly fry the shrimp, scallops and fish fillets until golden brown and serve.
- Add mussels, pour in white wine, cover and bake for 2โ3 minutes until they open.
- Add shrimp, scallops and fish fillet, add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry.
Step 4: Combine pasta and sauce โจ
- Add pasta to the wok and stir-fry along with seafood.
- Add a little pasta water to help the sauce dry the noodles.
- Add butter, season with salt and black pepper.
Step 5: Decorate the dish ๐
- Serve the pasta and seafood.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
