Parking fee

  • Monthly rent: approximately $4,800–$6,000 (depending on actual supply and demand and estate management announcements)

  • Private parking lots in housing estates are mainly rented on a monthly basis, with no public hourly rental information.

Charging facilities and charges

  • The car park has completed the construction of the designated electric vehicle charging infrastructure for the "EV Housing Estate Charging Subsidy Scheme"

  • Residents can install a medium-speed Type 2 charger (approximately 7kW) at their own expense if they need to charge their batteries.

  • Charging electricity charges are settled directly between residents and the power company, with no on-site public charges
