Garlic Butter Mushrooms 🍄🧄🧈

This time, I've prepared a super easy, yet incredibly delicious side dish for everyone: Garlic Butter Mushrooms! This dish is truly versatile, perfect as a dinner side dish, a late-night snack, or even a great side dish for a party. The ingredients are readily available, and the recipe is quicker than takeout, so it's guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

 • Fresh mushrooms (white or brown mushrooms): about 300g 🍄
 • Butter (unsalted is better): 30g 🧈
 • Garlic: 3-4 cloves (chopped)🧄
 • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
 • Fresh herbs (optional: parsley/thyme/rosemary): a little 🌿
 • Salt: as needed
 • Crushed black pepper: appropriate amount
 • Lemon juice: a few drops

👩🏻🍳 Detailed cooking process

 1. Prepare the Mushrooms
Gently wipe the mushrooms with paper towels to remove any dirt or dust. Avoid rinsing for too long, as mushrooms absorb water easily and will release a lot of liquid when stir-fried. Large mushrooms can be halved or quartered, while smaller pieces can be left whole.

 2. Chop the garlic
Peel the garlic and mince it. Do not chop it too finely, otherwise it will burn quickly in the wok and taste bitter.

 3. Heat a wok with oil
Heat a wok over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and when the oil is slightly hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. The whole kitchen will be filled with the aroma of garlic, which is super comforting~

 4. Add butter
After the garlic is fried, add the butter and wait for it to slowly melt. Remember to use medium-low heat to avoid burning the butter.

 5. Stir-fry the mushrooms . Add all the mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry gently. You'll see some water in the first minute or two. Continue stir-frying until the water is absorbed and the mushrooms start to turn golden brown. They'll also absorb the butter and garlic aroma.

 6. Seasoning
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Finally, sprinkle some chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley) and add a few drops of lemon juice for a refreshing and non-greasy taste.

 7. Finished serving
Served hot and spicy, the aroma of butter and garlic blends perfectly with the sweetness of the mushrooms. You can’t stop eating it!

🌟 Editor's Tips

 • If you want it to be more fragrant, you can add a little chopped chili 🌶️ at the end to make it "Garlic Spicy Butter Mushroom".
 • If you use an oven, you can mix the ingredients well and bake them in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. The taste will be just as good.
 • Eat it with bread and use the butter sauce to soak up the bread. It's so evil that it makes you dizzy~
